Your Order
Your order details are listed in your confirmed application on the website/app and include the vehicle specifications, price, and any associated service charges. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can’t reach you, the order will be treated as canceled. Payments will be fully refunded in such cases.

Order tracking is available by phone or WhatsApp (“Contact Us”).

Payment Options
You can reserve a car on the website/app by paying the reservation fee (if applicable). Accepted payment methods include: Mada, Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfers. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Prices
Car prices are displayed both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. You can verify our VAT certificate using the provided link.

Discounts and Promotions
We may offer limited-time discounts or promotions. Only one offer may be applied at a time. We reserve the right to cancel offers without notice. Promotions apply to individuals only and exclude businesses. If available, they may include free shipping within Saudi Arabia.

Your Car is Our Responsibility
Our used cars undergo multiple inspection points, including mechanical, exterior, and interior checks. These include chassis, engine, transmission, suspension, air conditioning, brake and electrical systems. However, some minor details might not appear in reports or photos. Some consumable parts (e.g., brakes, tires, filters) may be partially used and do not require replacement before sale.

Services provided by third parties (e.g., extended warranties, roadside assistance) are contracted directly with the third party. Customer service can assist with these options. Used vehicles do not carry the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted. Mileage may slightly differ due to vehicle handling or testing.

If an issue arises before delivery and cannot be resolved practically (e.g., costly repairs or unavailable parts), the order may be canceled with a full refund or exchanged for another vehicle.

Cancellations and Refunds

We may cancel your order if:

• We cannot contact you after reasonable attempts.
• We confirmed the reservation but received no response.
• We cancel for any reason before delivery.
• You may cancel at any time before delivery by contacting customer service or via WhatsApp. Full refunds will be issued in all valid cancellation cases.

Delivery and Collection

We deliver to your location in Saudi Arabia. Delivery date is specified in your order unless otherwise notified. Only you may receive the vehicle, and identification is required. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown during checkout. Upon delivery, you must sign a receipt confirming the condition and specifications. For showroom collection, only you or an authorized agent may receive the vehicle.

Buy Used with Verified Specifications

Used cars are guaranteed to match listed specifications. If a technical issue or undisclosed defect is found, you may return the vehicle within 5 days and less than 100 km driven. A full refund will be issued. Returns are void if the timeframe or mileage is exceeded, or if modifications/damages occur after delivery.

Complaints and Suggestions

You can contact us via phone or WhatsApp for complaints or feedback. We will respond within 48 hours.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failing to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., fire, flood, riots, pandemics, civil unrest, terror, war, etc.). If affected, we will notify you and extend timelines or reschedule delivery.

General Legal Terms

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or injury due to negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law. These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.

Vehicle reports are based on physical inspections at a specific time and are not a 100% guarantee of condition. Reports reflect only visible and tested components and do not include uninspected parts. Mileage is recorded from the odometer at inspection time.

Offer Terms and Conditions

All offers are for individuals only. Orders placed by entities are void. Offers apply to cash purchases only and must be completed within 24 hours. Required steps (e.g., registration, ownership transfer) must be completed before delivery. Insurance fees are not included. Each customer may only purchase one promotional vehicle.
